How we develop a plan and implement a server for your
application:
 | We consult with you and determine your needs. |
| A plan is developed and cost estimate provided. |
| Upon approval of the proposal, parts, software and
hardware are purchased. |
| A date is agreed upon to start the installation. |
| In most cases, a new server can be installed and
running while your present technology remains in place to prevent
downtime. |
| Only when the new server has been checked out and
running successfully will we switch over to your new system. Downtime will
be kept to a minimum and can be scheduled to work around your working
hours. That will give you some latitude so you don't lose productivity. |
| We will run a variety of systems checks and demands on
your system to ensure that it meets or exceeds all operational standards. |
| A data backup system will be in place to prevent any
loss of data and redundant hardware will be installed in the rare event of
a disk failure. |
| We can maintain your new webserver with a service
contract or train your staff on routine procedures. In most cases we can
remotely administer your webserver should the need arise. Routine onsite
visits are occasionally needed and we will schedule those to meet your
office hours and availability. |
